This policy outlines return eligibility and the steps required to process a return or exchange.

You may return eligible unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original packaging

Thank you for shopping with AinSunnah USA. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase frries, and tags intact.

We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of:

  • Wear
  • Washing
  • Alteration
  • Damage due to handling or improper use.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Thobes

Accepted if unworn, unwashed, with original tags

Please try garments over clean under-clothing when testing fit

Shemaghs / Headwear

Accepted if unused and unwashed

Must be returned in original folded condition

Tasbeeh / Prayer Beads

Accepted if unused and undamaged

Must include original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

Items purchased during final clearance

Customized or altered garments (if applicable in future)

Color & Display Notice

Due to variations in screen brightness, device type, and lighting, slight color differences may occur.
These differences do not qualify as defects.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.

Refunds do not include original shipping fees, unless the item shipped was incorrect or damaged.

 Once inspected and approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Order error caused by AinSunnah USA

If the return is our mistake, we will issue a prepaid return label.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Alternate color or design (if available)

If an item is sold out, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged:

Please email a photo of the product and packaging within 72 hours of delivery.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@ainsunnah.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for approval and return shipping instructions.

3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval and refund/ exchange status.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered.
  • Processing times may be longer.
