  • Canada
  • Selected international destinations

*Some remote, restricted, or military addresses may not be eligible for delivery.

Order Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Alaska, Hawaii & Territories 4–10 Business Days

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

For international deliveries:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
  • These fees are not included in our product or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.

AinSunnah USA is not responsible for delays caused by international customs or border agencies.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or restricted destinations.
  • Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to customs laws.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order appears delayed, please first check tracking updates.
  • For lost or damaged parcels, contact us and include your order number and tracking details.
  • Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control, but we will assist where possible.
